  This is the worst company I have ever worked with. When I did the agreement they told me there was a protection for if I lost my job. I lost my job and they declined ever telling me this. So after I found a job, making $4 less than I was, I got caught up. Then my roomie moved out and I got slightly behind. They told me last week that they would work with me as long as I kept them informed. Then this morning they were at my door to take the tv I was getting after they said they would work with me. So I called up there and they denied they ever said that and said I had 30 days if I wanted to purchase the tv since I only owed $300 on it still. I told them also I would pay it off completely once taxes came but no go. After going around and around with them I just said to take it. Not to mention they constantly blew up my phone if a payment was even 12 hours late. Needless to say I will never do business with rent a center again. They tell you one thing then they say they never said it. So when my income taxes come in I'll be taking my business elsewhere to purchase a brand new tv instead of a used one.

  Quick to call for payment , but still no call about why balance shows more then sticker sell price or how much in total was already paid , when I know it's almost paid for as long as origanal sale price stands . Bad for business
