- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 25, 2019, by Bill ChrouchWhen you sell something that uses a battery you should be more thoughtful. I bought a trailer break away box that has a 2 1/2 year old battery in it. They sell deadstock which may be a safety hazard. Say in a year or so my trailer comes off if my truck, What happens when the break away box fails to engage a loose trailer... Contacted customer service and that went nowhere, They did not help with this issue.
