  Our water softening system was not working. We called Kotz and Tom arrived the next day to quote a price to replace it. We agreed on a date for installation. Tom arrived right on time and was ready to work. Drop clothes were laid out to protect our floors. Tom recognized that we also needed a new well tank. WOW-what a difference that made. Along with nice soft water, our water pressure improved so much. We didn’t realize our well tank was not in good working order and wondered why our water pressure was so low. Tom stayed until the job was done, cleaned everything up and was on to the next job. Would advise everyone to call Kotz/Brinkers for their great service!

  Very patient & helpful sales associates. Very nice fixture displays offering new designs. A little tough to access parking lot entering southbound Dixie or exiting to head southbound Dixie or west on Andersonville.
