  I was waiting at the front counter while this lady talked on the phone - complexly ignoring my presence. Once she gets off the phone, which was about a few minutes time. She helps a guy who walks right up to the counter, instead of me who was waiting patiently there for her to get off the phone? Horrible customer service, that definitely needs to be addressed. I immediately walked out without buying anything. Maybe the other reviewer below was correct in claiming the owners wife has some sort of issues?
