  Had to call Better Business Bureau (BBB) and file a complaint on behalf of my 80 year old mother and her home they "attempted" to work on. Hired to fix chimney in 2013 and worst company EVER!!!! Workers came back several times and really did not know what they are doing!!!! Worst company to do business with!!!! Would NEVER recommend you even calling this company for a quote. They lie, lie, lie!!! The owner even promised to refund my mother, if we dropped the BBB complaint and when we did they placed a "stop" payment on that check. Dr. Sweep is a crooked operation!!!!!! Nice work you did to 80 year old senior citizen on limited income!!d

  Horrible company. Don't waste your time or money calling them. My fireplace was leaking gas into our home so I called them and scheduled a repair. The technician came out and could not figure out what was wrong. He insisted on being paid $99 for coming to my house even though he couldn't fix the problem. He told me someone would call me to schedule another person to come who could hopefully fix the problem. No one ever called me back. We called a few days later and were told they would have to look into it and call us back. They never called beck. We called again later that day and they finally said they could send out another person in 2 weeks. The day of the appointment came, and we were told they would arrive between 1 and 5pm. At 1:00pm they called and said the drive would be too far so they wouldn't come today and someone would have to call us to reschedule. (I'm not holding my breath) I have already paid for the service and keep getting a run around. Still no resolution or refund. VERY unhappy!!
