He recommended 200mg of Magnesium tablets and a multivitamin, Once a day for men (or the CVS knockoff). This guy actually took the time to explain the various supplements and their pros and cons. He spent about 5 minutes explaining to me how Prilosec blocks Magnesium and Vitamin D even the chemistry of it. Great service.
