  Have been to this store several times. Always feel comfortable asking the staff for assistance and product information. Kelly is knowledgeable and offers good tips for proper maintenance of purchases. Will not hesitate to go back.

  Went in to buy a vibrator that was clearly sealed and the cashier opened it and proceeded to tell me i needed to buy their cleaning product because she was touching it! I get she needed to test the product to make sure it worked but she full on grabbed the entire toy with her unwashed hand. She couldve at least wore gloves or grabbed it by the base of it. Very unprofessional behavior.

  Most items are are Chinese garbage that can be bought online for half the price. I couldn't believe how much they are trying the charge--$100 for toys that are under $50 online. Like I totally understand stores have to pay overhead but that is obviously being greedy. Lady at the counter forced additional products on us despite telling her no multiple times. She made it very awkward, telling me how her friends have infections in their vaginas from the toys. Real encouraging.
